Refund & Returns Policy

At Nadia Pathological Laboratory Private Limited, we are committed to providing accurate diagnostic services and quality patient care. As we operate in a healthcare environment, our refund policy is governed by medical service norms and ethical practices.

1. Nature of Services

        Our services include:

• Pathology and laboratory testing
• Sample collection
• Health check-up packages
• Doctor consultation services at the in-house doctor chamber

       These services are medical in nature and cannot be returned once performed.

2. Refund Eligibility

       Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

      ✅ Duplicate Payment
      If a patient is charged twice for the same test or service.

      ✅ Test Not Performed
      If payment has been made but:

• Sample was not collected, or
• Test was not conducted due to technical, medical, or operational reasons.

      ✅ Service Cancellation (Before Sample Collection)
      If a patient cancels a booked test before sample collection, a refund may be processed after deducting administrative charges (if applicable).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

      ❌ Once the sample has been collected, no refund will be issued.
      ❌ No refund for dissatisfaction with results, as reports are generated based on laboratory findings.
      ❌ Doctor consultation fees in the chamber are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
      ❌ No refund on completed health packages or partially used packages.

4. Doctor Chamber (Consultation) Policy

• Consultation appointments may be rescheduled with prior notice.
• Cancellation before the appointment time may be eligible for partial refund at management discretion.
• Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

       To request a refund:

1. Submit a request at the reception or via the official contact number.
2. Provide:
   • Payment receipt
   • Patient name
   • Date of service
   • Reason for refund

        🕒 Refund processing time: 5–10 working days after approval.
        💳 Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment wherever possible.

6. Management Rights

       Nadia Pathological Laboratory Private Limited reserves the right to:

• Verify all refund claims
• Approve or decline requests based on internal policy and medical ethics
